Las Margaritas Vineyard

It’s at the Las Margaritas vineyard where the grapes for our Reserva de Los Andes wines are born. Located in Maipú, Mendoza, at an altitude of 500 meters (1640 feet) above sea level, this vineyard has 100 hectares (247 acres) of which 50 ha (124 acres) are planted with varieties such as Syrah, Malbec and Carmenere.

The traditional furrow irrigation system is used. Water is collected in a dam to later carry out the scheduled irrigation. The soils types are sandy loam, as well as deep and stony.

The warm climate and the high number of sunny days per year favor the ripening of our grapes. The high trellis is the main conducting system used for the higher quality vines.

Each grape from this vineyard is carefully selected, paying attention to every single detail to achieve the highest quality for each of our wines.
